The trash compactor box is designed to be folded flat and can be easily unfolded for insertion into the in-flight trash compactor. The trash compactor box can withstand compaction force, and materials used must be puncture-resistant, water-resistant, and capable of stowing up to 35 lbs of compacted trash and/or residual liquid. The box can be closed and secured for storage after use.
The paper trash box can be used in the 3210/3220 series trash compactors in aircraft.
